RV Air’s filter system is the only RV air conditioner filter replacement that captures pollen, dust, mold spores, pet dander and other allergens before it enters your RV’s AC, helping kick on-the-road allergies to the curb. These filters far surpass typical RV stock filters, which utilize a thin black polypropylene filter, often found in hair dryers. Meanwhile, the RV Air filter features 40 layers of unwoven polyester, each sprayed with an anti-microbial tackifier to capture microscopic particles as small as 3-10 microns to help families breathe easier during their travels.
This RV Air Filter fits the new Coleman-Mach Max non-ducted and ducted (ChillGrille) grill assemblies, or AC units with matching filter dimensions. This filter is 16.5” L x 6” W x .75” D.
CAN THEY BE WASHED OR RINSED? No. When it comes time to replace your filters, order new ones. These filters, especially RV Air filters, are meant to catch the airborne contaminants circulating in a confined space. RV Air lab reports show that the amount of dead skin captured by this specialized filter was extremely elevated. Not only do you want to avoid handling this kind of Petri dish, but the RV Air filter cannot be exposed to water as it would wash away the tackifier, which holds the filter together. Depending on the amount of use and locations traveled in your RV, we recommend replacing RV Air AC filters after 90 days of continuous use or every year, whichever comes first. Order a few so you’ll always be ready to replace on the road.

We only sell air filters for RVs, so our product line is very easy to navigate. Having experienced life without a filter in our RV’s many ac units, we discovered the need for an air filter that would work for those with sensitivity to allergies. To that effect we have the following:
A single filter set for $17.95. This is good if you have a very small RV or if you are unsure of its efficacy and want to test out our filter.
If you want to take the leap and get your RVs ac unit’s into a working condition that is better than the standard you are currently using, you can purchase 2 sets of filters for $32.95. This is a better value and for those RV owners with 2 or more ac units in them, this becomes a very economical price.
CAN THEY BE WASHED OR RINSED? No, when it comes time to replace the filters, order new ones. You’ll be shocked how much is in those dirty filters. If they get wet, the dust that has built up inside the filters that you can’t see dries and turns into a clump of mud. This is very bad for your AC unit. We can ship to any RV site where mail can be delivered.
